In-house graphic designer on the Brand team
In my 2 years working at bad birdie as the full-time graphic designer on the brand/creative team, i was involved in numerous campaigns and creative projects. Without an art director above me, it was my responsibility to manage-up and take the reins on creative concepting of projects, manage edits, and communicate projects and timelines across the organization. I handled the creative concepting and execution of internal and external assets, including but not limited to: Marketing collateral, Seasonal sales catalogs, Digital graphics for web, Email campaigns, motion graphics, Social media assets, Retail location signage and POS, Display/paid advertising. I was also heavily involved in photoshoots, from pre-production to on-set, and lastly post-production. My responsibility in regard to shoots included, but wasn't limited to: brainstorming storytelling moments, pulling reference poses and framing to help give visual direction, on-set art direction, Auditing and correcting selected images, managing organization of assets in post-production, and designing graphics with final assets.
I used adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, adobe indesign, adobe after effects, and figma to complete my workload.
